Contract For Sale
The advertising of products on the site is the way in which we are able to display all the items available to buy through the site. We aim to keep items in stock at all times but due to the very nature of our product range being imported or hand-made means that it is inevitable there will be breaks in supply in which case some lines will show as 'Not Available'. It should not be possible to order any item that is not in stock. However, on rare occasions, stock levels may be incorrect in which event you will be contacted. That means your order is an offer, not a contract of sale between you and Gemini London Ltd, so prices and stock availability won't be contractually confirmed until you receive confirmation from us once your order has been successfully picked and we can confirm stock levels have been checked. Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of your order via telephone or email. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced up incorrectly. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Gemini London Ltd through this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
These terms and conditions cannot be varied except by changes made by Gemini London Ltd on the site, which we may make from time to time. In particular, nothing said by any representative of Gemini London Ltd will operate as a variation to these terms and conditions or constitute a legal representation on behalf of either of them.
Every item of jewellery in the Gemini London collection has been carefully chosen to represent the highest standards of quality.
Please be aware that whilst we take great care to accurately describe the jewellery shown on our website, a lot of the items are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique. We will do everything possible to ensure that you can be confident of making a secure, risk-free purchase from us but in the unlikely event that you are unhappy in any way with our service or products, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to put things right or arrange for a return.
Gemini London want you to shop in the knowledge that you are getting the best products at the very best cost. All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. We invite purchases from overseas and the postage and packaging charges are all outlined within our Delivery Information. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling only (GBP). Your credit card company will charge you in your country currency at that day's exchange rate. Local charges are not the responsibility of Gemini London Ltd.
Cancellations & Returns
If you wish to cancel your order, you have 7 working days to do so. You must inform Gemini London in writing if you wish to cancel your order. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org stating your Customer Reference Number, Order Number, product codes and colours ordered, reason for cancelling and your contact details. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been despatched, you will receive a full refund including any delivery charges. If you wish to return goods that you have already received, please be informed that you are responsible for paying for the return of the goods to us. You must return the goods unopened within 7 working days of cancelling your order.
Under our Returns Policy, if the items you have ordered are faulty or unsuitable you must inform us within 3 days of receipt. For assistance with any returns, please contact our customer service team on 0845 371 2343 or email email@example.com detailing your Customer Reference Number, Order Number and the item codes and colours you wish to return. One of our customer service advisors will then assist you further. All items must be returned in a complete, brand new, never been used condition, and in their original packaging. You must return any goods to us within 7 days. We will endeavour to repair or exchange any returned goods. However, if you wish to be refunded, any refunds will be issued by us within 14 days. Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any delivery costs incurred when returning the goods back to us. Any exchanges or refunds will be for the value of the goods purchased, and will not include any delivery costs. Please note that due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings or necklace sets that include earrings as part of the set, will not be exchanged or refunded if they are sent back with their hygiene sealed packaging opened or removed. If you are returning earrings or a necklace set that has earrings as part of the set, please ensure they return to us unopened and in their original hygiene seal packaging. We are unable to refund any item that has been ordered outside of our current product range - these items are highlighted Special Order. Items outside of our usual product range which are ordered by Special Order are excluded from both our Cancellation and Returns policies. No refunds or exchanges will be given for Special Order items. This does not affect your statutory rights. For all returns, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please be aware that any item marked as Special Order or any item that is ordered especially for you will be charged on order and will not be able to be returned for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Extended Period at Xmas
Any purchase intended as a gift at Xmas can be exchanged/credited up to 10th January providing the above criteria has been satisfied. Refunds will not be offered outside the standard terms.
Gemini London comply with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998 and as such are registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.
Quality - All our jewellery is either handmade or manufactured to a very high standard. Items cannot be compared to similar products found on the high street.
