We currently are not able to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military bases. Orders to be delivered anywhere in the UK under the amount of £50 will be charged a delivery fee of £7.95. Orders above the amount of £50 to be delivered anywhere in the UK will be delivered free of charge. Orders are usually received within 2-3 working days through our UPS courier service. Orders will require a signature upon receipt. Orders that are placed within the EU will be charged at £14.95 and a signature will be required upon receipt. EU orders are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
2. How is my jewellery gift packaged?
Every item you buy from our website will be packed in a gift box which is ideal for gifts. If more than one item is ordered they will each be placed in different gift boxes.
3. Is it safe to buy goods on-line from Gemini London?
The purchase area of our site is totally secure – our payment partners Paypoint use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt all your personal information including your name, address and other critically-sensitive data such as your credit or debit card details. This means that information passed between your computer, their website and this website cannot be read by anyone else, even in the event that it is intercepted. When you are in the purchase area, you will see a small padlock in the status window at the bottom of the screen or your http:// address in your web browsers address bar will change to https://, the ‘s’ indicating that you are now in a secure environment.
4. What about 'cookies'?
'Cookies' are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. We only use cookies to store information about your purchase and you so that we can automatically complete the majority of the order form if you have bought from us previously. Your browser must accept cookies for you to be able to use the “auto-complete” system.

7. What do I do if I would like to return an item?
When returning goods we would ask that you follow the procedures as set out within our
Refunds Policy.
How long will it take to refund me?
Before contacting us please take note of the timescales required to process a refund. We endeavour to complete all refunds within 14 working days. (N.B Your refund will be made by cheque and sent to your billing address.) 8. How do I keep up-to-date about new products that Gemini London will be launching?
If you would like for us to send you details of new products or special offers please register with us online.We also have a brochure including special offer vouchers which can be sent to you. Please sign up to receive this every 6 months.
9. Do you comply with the Data Protection Act?
Gemini London is committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information that we collect about you to process your orders. If you choose, we may also use your details to let you know of any special offers, updates to products that you have purchased or new products that we are introducing. We are fully compliant with all aspects of the UK's Data Protection Act.
10. Can you take phone or postal orders as I do not want to give my credit card or debit card details online?
We are able to take phone or postal orders, simply make a note of the goods that you would like to order from Gemini London. Call us to place your order and either give your credit card details over the phone for our customer services advisors to process your details or send a cheque made payable to ‘Gemini London’ to:

Returns Policy
We understand that when buying from the Internet customers can sometimes be disappointed with the goods when they arrive. If the goods you received are faulty, you must inform us within 3 days. Please contact our customer service team by emailing
info@geminilondon.com
or telephoning 0845 371 2343. Please state your Customer Reference Number, Order Number, product code and colour of the item you wish to return and the reason for returning the item, along with your contact details. Please note, we will only accept goods that are returned to us in a brand new, never been used condition, unopened in their original packaging. We will endeavour to repair or exchange any returned goods. However, if you wish to be refunded, any refunds will be ussued by us within 14 days. Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any delivery costs incurred when returning the goods to us. Any exchanges and refunds will be for the value of the goods purchased only and will not include any delivery costs. Please note that due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings or necklace sets that include earrings as part of the set, will not be exchanged or refunded if they are sent back with their original hygiene sealed packaging opened or removed. If you are returning earrings or a necklace set that includes earrings as part of the set, please ensure they return to us unopened and in their original hygiene seal packaging. You must return any goods to us within 7 days. Please note that items ordered by Special Order (those items which are outside of our current product range) are not included in the Returns Policy or Cancellation Policy. No refunds or exchanges will be given for items ordered by Special Order. This does not affect your statutory rights. For further assistance regarding returning items, contact our customer service team on 0845 371 2343 or email info@geminilondon.com stating your Customer Reference Number, Order Number, contact details, and information on the goods you would like to return. One of our customer service advisors will then assist you further.
Faulty Goods or Wrong Item
The customer must notify Gemini London within three days of the date of delivery if any of the goods are faulty or are not as ordered. Gemini London will not accept items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused. If you do not inform us within three days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery. Please note that you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage for the return of any items to us.
Damaged Deliveries
If a package arrives in a damaged condition, do not open it, but immediately ask the delivery firm to return the package, and please inform us.
Customers based outside the UK
Customers within the EU have 7 days from the date of receipt to return faulty goods. Customers in the rest of the world have 10 days from the date of receipt to return goods. If you do not inform us within the stated seven or ten days, then we will have no liability for goods said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery.
Returned Items
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are adequately packaged as replacements and refunds will only be made for jewellery that is received in good condition. We also suggest that you obtain a proof of postage certificate or use Recorded/Special Delivery when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us.
