Returns Policy

We understand that when buying from the Internet customers can sometimes be disappointed with the goods when they arrive. If the goods you received are faulty, you must inform us within 3 days. Please contact our customer service team by emailing info@geminilondon.com or telephoning 0845 371 2343. Please state your Customer Reference Number, Order Number, product code and colour of the item you wish to return and the reason for returning the item, along with your contact details. Please note, we will only accept goods that are returned to us in a brand new, never been used condition, unopened in their original packaging. We will endeavour to repair or exchange any returned goods. However, if you wish to be refunded, any refunds will be ussued by us within 14 days. Please be advised that you will be responsible for paying any delivery costs incurred when returning the goods to us. Any exchanges and refunds will be for the value of the goods purchased only and will not include any delivery costs. Please note that due to health and hygiene regulations, earrings or necklace sets that include earrings as part of the set, will not be exchanged or refunded if they are sent back with their original hygiene sealed packaging opened or removed. If you are returning earrings or a necklace set that includes earrings as part of the set, please ensure they return to us unopened and in their original hygiene seal packaging. You must return any goods to us within 7 days. Please note that items ordered by Special Order (those items which are outside of our current product range) are not included in the Returns Policy or Cancellation Policy. No refunds or exchanges will be given for items ordered by Special Order. This does not affect your statutory rights. For further assistance regarding returning items, contact our customer service team on 0845 371 2343 or email info@geminilondon.com stating your Customer Reference Number, Order Number, contact details, and information on the goods you would like to return. One of our customer service advisors will then assist you further.

Faulty Goods or Wrong Item

The customer must notify Gemini London within three days of the date of delivery if any of the goods are faulty or are not as ordered. Gemini London will not accept items that have been damaged through misuse, neglect, accident or intent howsoever caused. If you do not inform us within three days, then we will have no liability for items said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery. Please note that you will be required to arrange and pay for the postage for the return of any items to us.

Damaged Deliveries

If a package arrives in a damaged condition, do not open it, but immediately ask the delivery firm to return the package, and please inform us.

Customers based outside the UK

Customers within the EU have 7 days from the date of receipt to return faulty goods. Customers in the rest of the world have 10 days from the date of receipt to return goods. If you do not inform us within the stated seven or ten days, then we will have no liability for goods said to be damaged/faulty/incorrect on delivery.

Returned Items

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that returned items are adequately packaged as replacements and refunds will only be made for jewellery that is received in good condition. We also suggest that you obtain a proof of postage certificate or use Recorded/Special Delivery when returning goods as we can't be held responsible for goods lost in transit to us. Always include proof of purchase (copy of invoice or receipt). The address to send items to is

Please Note: You should not write jewellery, diamonds or similar words which indicates valuable contents on the package you are returning, as this invites possible theft of the package.
